As an educator at Almisbah School, it is with immense pride and a deep sense of commitment that I share the news of our successful execution of the Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK), or National Assessment, for our Grade 8 Junior High (SMP) and Grade 11 Senior High (SMA) students. Over the past few weeks, the atmosphere in our state-of-the-art computer laboratory has been one of focused energy, concentration, and determination, as our students navigated this important national program.
The execution of the ANBK was smooth and efficient, a true testament to the dedication of our students, the support of our parents, and the meticulous preparation by our staff. Our computer lab provided the ideal, technology-rich environment for the students to complete the assessment with minimal disruption, ensuring the integrity of the data collected.
The results of the ANBK will create a “Report Card” for Almisbah. This report card pinpoints our strengths and clearly identifies areas where we need to innovate, adjust our curriculum, and provide more targeted teacher training. It allows us to move beyond anecdotal evidence and make data-driven decisions to enhance the quality of education for every student who walks through our doors. It ensures that we are not just teaching subjects, but fostering well-rounded, competent, and ethical individuals ready for the modern world.
We recognize that sitting for an assessment like the ANBK requires significant mental effort, focus, and discipline. The students of Grade 8 and Grade 11 approached this task with remarkable maturity and responsibility.
