- Scan Birth Certificate
- Scan Family Card
- Scan of Father & Mother’s ID Card
- 3 x 4 Color Photo
- Scan of a Health Certificate from a Doctor
- Especially for Transfer Students: Scan the School Transfer Letter
OTHER PROVISIONS
- Pay the SPP fee no later than September 2024
